SUMMARY
Provide support to the Assistant Equipment Manager and Shop Superintendent through the day-to-day tactical entry and oversight of the equipment management system.
TYPICAL DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
- Maintain up-to-date equipment records in the online system, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date process and system documentation.
- Assist the Assistant Equipment Manager in evaluating, testing, documenting, and implanting new processes from system updates.
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coach and train the users as needed.
- Develop a system user guide and tutorials.
- Support the executive team per their requests.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or formal business administration training preferred
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a related role
- Construction experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experience planning and scheduling
- Team-focused and detail-oriented
- Strong motivation, planning, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
- A fast learner
